1. What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy covers how Quark treats personally identifiable information that it collects and receives through the Site or Services. However, no commercial method of information transfer over the Internet or electronic data storage is known to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage in our systems.

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
